S.E.A Aquarium

Kakak has always wanted to go to the S.E.A Aquarium so much. Both hubby & I ignored her request. Thanks to our trip to Cameron, she didn't quite feel disappointed. 

But little did she know that Mama had bought tix for the 5 of us way in advance. Hence this visit to the S.E.A Aquarium was Mama's little surprise for her.

It was a day after Christmas and expectedly, the crowd was overwhelming over at Vivo City while queuing for the Sentosa Express. 

However, it was a breeze at the entrance to the S.E.A Aquarium alhamdulillah! Probably because we were early. 

As we went down the escalator passing by some exhibitions, I was proven wrong! Thought we were early, there were already hundreds of people in the aquarium hahah

It was truly a mesmerizing moment for us throughout our visit. Subhanallah! Glad to  have come to view His greatness, His under the sea creations. I, for one was awed by what I saw.

We spent about 3 hours there before going for lunch at Seah Im food court.   Then it was solat time after lunch at Masjid Temenggong. 

Take 5 time after solat hehe 

The kids wanted to go to the new Bedok Mall so we took bus no. 30 there from Masjid Temenggong. 

Damage done at Bedok Mall. They did some shopping and we left shortly for dinner at Spize, 6 bus stop away from Bedok Mall. 

It was really a long and tiring day but we enjoyed every bit of the time we spent with each other. Alhamdulillah :D

Sisters's Day Out

Yesterday's boredom was brought forward till today. Kalau nari takde orang layan aku, mesti aku menonggeng sampai pat ceiling hahaha ok k mrepek krepek :P 

Whatsapp all the sisters, except for the eldest sis, for a date. Wak Na and Wak In macam kesiankan aku gitu kan layankan aku ajak keluar hehehe Wak Ni couldn't make it penat katanye. So it was just the 3 of us. Niat hati memang nak belanje dorang makan but it turned out the other way round. Wak na plak yang belanje. Apak dapat bonus soh Wak Na belanje us sisters..alhamulillah, rezeki la kan :))

First off, we met at Jurong East mrt and went to Jem for window shopping. No intention of buying anything coz memang nak keluar togeder-geder gi makan je actually...but macam terbeli beg gitu la kan atas sokongan kakak2 tersayangku hahaha

Dah jalan sikit lebih kurang, we went over to IMM for makan @ Swensen's. Not that there isn't any at Jem, but the one at Jem's Earle Swensen's where salad buffet is a must order..lau tak nak makan pon takpe but rugi la kan. Hence, IMM. Along the way tu, sempat kite bergambar hahaha hepi2 maaaa

Lepas makan tu, we walked to the mrt and made a quick stop at the new shopping centre next to Jem, ie Westgate. Orang peh la ramai!! macam tak tau dok rumah sey! kite pon sama! :P

It was such a short meet up though, but fun indeed especially so with the ones close to my heart..lerp them mucho!! <3

Projek Kawin-kawin

The hub was off to work. Anak-anak semua diajak keluar tak nak. Macam kesian gitu kan aku hehehe. Ok takpe aku ada idea ape nak buat. Pada dudok boring tak buat ape kejer might as well testing2 buat wedding props..jadi tak jadi belakang kira, nak jugak buat hehe

Started off with googling for pix from the net. Da dapat relevant pix teros did the printout.

Pasting and cutting came next..pastu letak stick. Stick pakai chopsticks yang disposable je sudah. Murah dan berbaloi sangat2!! Satu packet baru $1..isinye ade 50 pairs so total sumer 100 sticks..berbaloi la kan hehehe

Hasilnye sangat memuaskan! tak payah nak beli or sewa. Mungkin tak lah seelok yang dibeli, but still I'm so satisfied dengan hasil kejer sendiri.

For now simpan je la dalam kotak. Kalau kuning nasib la, buat baru..macam rajin je hahaha

Mal's Departure for Umrah

Was at the airport earlier sending the nephew off for umrah. So happy for him and sad all the same :( ya Allah, I wish it was me :'(

May Allah grant him umrah mabrur wa maqbul insyaAllah ameen.

Few days after Mal left, he whatsapp me these beautiful pix :')

Semoga Allah kurniakan aku rezeki dan jadikan aku antara hamba2Nya yang terpilih untuk menunaikan Haji dan umrah ameen :')

Lunch Treat @ Seoul Garden

Kakak & Mama went out to JB for lunch with Kak Cha, Wak Ni & family. A treat from Wak Ni & Wak Saleh alhamdulillah. May Allah reward them with more than what they had given ameen. And so lunch was at Seoul Garden :D

Zuhr prayer was at CIQ. A short but  quality time well spent together alhamdulillah.

Cameron Highlands 2013 - Sungei Palas Boh Tea Plantation

Sungei Palas Boh Tea Plantation was the highlight of our trip to Cameron Highlands. I've always wanted to experience the breathtaking & panoramic view of the plantation from atop the highlands. It wasn't disappointing at all!!

First up, upon reaching, we went to the Boh Tea factory to witness how the tea leaves are being processed. 

The above photos were few of the equipments used in the process which were exhibited.

We took lotsa pix at the 'hanging cafe' Truly awed by the beauty of the tea plantation, aka the big green carpet of Malaysia subhanallah!!

A hot cuppa freshly brewed boh tea with strawberry tarts and choc melt cake will never taste the same without the panoramic giant green carpet as a backdrop! Truly refreshing!!

And then, dua husband & wife ni feeling2 ombak rindu hahaha

To sum up, our stay in Cameron Highlands as a whole truly gave us invaluable experiences, a whole new experience for the kids and us alike, alhamdulillah :')
