This day was meant solely for Chatuchak Weekend Market and Talad Rotfai but unfortunately, we spent too much time at Chatuchak and gotta give Talad Rotfai a miss. There were just way too many shops to stop by..satu hari pon takley abes jalan hehe Been a few days in Bangkok already, but today was the first time we tried out their MRT. Still not much difference except that tokens were used for entrance and exit. We alighted at Kamphaet Phet MRT station to get to Chatuchak.
can u spot the clock tower? that was where halal food can be found..we had our lunch there
There were more selections of halal food at Chatuchak Weekend market alhamdulillah. Those at the clock tower as well as Ramazan kebab, a few minutes away from the exit at Kamphaet Phet MRT station.
We chose Salam Islam for lunch, and their food was yummy!
It took us the whole day shopping at Chatuchak. Must come back again the next time if we go to Bangkok coz we couldn't manage the whole of Chatuchak within just a day. We hadn't forgotten our beloved furry kids back home, Montel & Maya. Got them some bajus hehehe geram sangat!!
cute right?!!! how can we resist?
Updated : got them to try on once we were back
Before we left Chatuchak, we tookaway some kebab for our dinner at the apartment from Ramazan kebab.
long queue at ramazan
Chatuchak must have been the longest we did our shopping. Penat gilerr!! We couldn't find any musollah at Chatuchak and tak teringat pulak nak bertanya coz we were very sure that we sempat buat jamak ta'khir back at our apartment. Alhamdulillah we reached our apartment tired but happy.
